Purpose

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes where applicable. They may vary depending on the season (seasonal pricing) and the options selected. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of booking.

Booking and deposit

A booking is confirmed once validated by the professional. A deposit may be requested to secure the booking; its amount will be indicated before payment.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation and refund conditions are specified at the time of booking and communicated by email.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services, passenger transport, catering, or accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period, nor to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the client's express consent. For these services, only the cancellation conditions above apply. For any other service concluded remotely, the client has 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
